Thank you for collecting original artwork from Heather Freeman Studio. Each painting is created with intention, care, and emotional connection. Because original artwork is a one-of-a-kind piece, please review the policy below before purchasing.

Original Artwork Sales

All original artwork sales are considered final sale unless the artwork arrives damaged in transit.

Due to the unique and original nature of each painting, refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect room measurements or sizing decisions
  • Color variations caused by screen settings or lighting
  • Personal preference after delivery

Heather Freeman Studio encourages collectors to carefully review dimensions, images, and descriptions before purchasing. Additional photos or videos may be requested prior to purchase to help ensure confidence in your selection.

Damage During Shipping

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact Heather Freeman Studio within 48 hours of delivery.

To file a damage claim, please email:

  • Photos of the damaged artwork
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping box
  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the damage

Once reviewed, a replacement, repair, or refund may be offered depending on the situation and artwork availability.

Damage claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not qualify for reimbursement.

Shipping Insurance

All original artwork shipments include insurance coverage for damage incurred during transit whenever available through the shipping carrier.

Commissioned Artwork

Commissioned or custom artwork is non-refundable and non-returnable once work has begun.

Because commissioned paintings are created specifically for the collector, all deposits and payments made toward commissioned work are final.

Delivery Refusal or Returned Packages

If a package is refused or returned due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer, additional shipping fees may apply before the artwork can be resent.
