ORIGINAL PAINTINGS
How does a large painting like this change a space?
A large painting doesn’t just fill a wall—it changes how a room feels. My work is created to bring warmth, energy, softness, and emotional presence into a space. These pieces naturally become part of the atmosphere of a home, offering a sense of calm, joy, movement, or grounding depending on the painting. Many collectors tell me their artwork becomes the emotional anchor of the room.
Will this painting work with my existing decor?
Most likely, yes. My paintings are designed to live beautifully within a wide range of interiors—from modern and minimal spaces to layered, collected homes. Because the work is abstract and emotionally driven, it tends to complement rather than compete with a room. The colors bring life and personality while still feeling balanced and intentional.
What makes an original painting worth the investment?
An original painting carries presence in a way prints and mass-produced decor simply cannot. Each piece is one of a kind, created by hand through layers of color, movement, texture, and emotion. Beyond aesthetics, collectors often choose original artwork because of how it makes them feel in their everyday lives. It becomes part of the rhythm of the home—something lived with, returned to, and experienced over time.
How do I know if the size is right for my space?
Large-scale artwork is often best suited for spaces like above a sofa, bed, dining area, fireplace, or large open wall. If you’re unsure about sizing, I’m happy to help. You can send a photo of your room, and I can provide guidance or create a digital mockup so you can better visualize the piece in your space.
Is the painting ready to hang?
Yes. Original paintings arrive stretched and ready to hang. They are sold unframed unless otherwise noted. The sides are painted and often include traces of the creative process, giving the work a finished, gallery-style presentation without requiring framing.
Can I see how the painting will look in my home before purchasing?
Absolutely. If you send a photo of your space, I can create a complimentary digital mockup showing the artwork scaled into your room. This helps you visualize the size, placement, and overall feeling before making a decision.
What emotions or feeling is the artwork meant to evoke?
My work is rooted in emotional connection through color, movement, and layering. Different paintings hold different energies, but overall, I create with the intention of bringing joy, openness, calm, freedom, hope, and emotional presence into a space. I want the artwork to feel alive—something that quietly supports how you want to feel in your home.
Does the painting come with a certificate of authenticity?
Yes. Every original painting includes a signed certificate of authenticity verifying that the artwork is an original, one-of-a-kind piece created in my studio.
What if I’m unsure which painting is right for me?
I’m always happy to help. Choosing artwork is often emotional as much as visual. If you share photos of your space, your color palette, or simply how you want the room to feel, I can help guide you toward pieces that may align beautifully with your home and energy.
How important is color in your work?
Color is central to everything I create. I believe color has the ability to influence mood, atmosphere, and emotional experience within a space. Some palettes feel grounding and calming, while others feel energizing, playful, or expansive. I use color intentionally to create paintings that feel emotionally supportive and deeply alive.
Can I learn more about your artistic process?
My paintings are created intuitively through layers of color, marks, texture, and movement. I build each piece gradually, allowing emotion and energy to guide the process rather than following a strict plan. The finished work often carries a sense of movement, depth, and emotional history that reveals itself over time.
Will you recreate a painting that has already sold?
I do not create exact replicas of previous paintings. Part of what makes original artwork special is that each piece is unique and created in a specific moment. However, I may accept commissioned work inspired by the mood, palette, scale, or emotional feeling of a previous painting. The final artwork will always be an original piece—not a duplicate.
Are prints available if the original painting has sold or is outside my budget?
Yes. Select paintings may be available as fine art paper prints upon request. Custom sizing options are also available, allowing you to choose a scale that works beautifully for your space. Each print is produced with careful attention to color and detail so the artwork retains the emotional presence and richness of the original painting.
